Bob Haddad Jr. is an imaginative entrepreneur whose extensive business experience and servant’s heart allows him to contribute strongly in many areas of business and organizational growth. It was at the family owned manufacturing business that Bob honed his many skills as an organizational leader. From 1987 through 2002, he served and led as the corrugated packaging business grew to over $60 million in sales and 300 employees.
As a leader in the family business, Bob demonstrated his various skills and expertise as a packaging designer, sales representative, director of transportation and logistics, design & marketing officer, manufacturing director, quality assurance manager, chief information technology officer, and as project manager for the company’s Y2K implementation strategy.
Bob left the day to day operations of the family business to become a partner in Truth@Work, a non-profit workplace ministry whose mission is to equip business leaders to impact the market place for Christ. Bob served for almost 9 years as the VP of Operations and VP of Member and Chapter Services.
Outside of his career, Bob serves on the Board of Directors for Columbus Container, Inc., Wood-Mizer, Starfish Initiative, Centruion’s Watch, and the Bob & Helen Family Foundation. He is also an active advisor for the South Central Indiana Pregnancy Care Center. He has experience serving his local church by working to develop a church plant and growth strategy, and has also served in the Jr. and Sr. High ministries.
Bob graduated from Purdue in December 1983 with a BS in Landscape Architecture. He successfully practiced as a licensed LA in Austin, Texas and Atlanta Georgia before joining his father in the family business in August of 1987. Bob is a very active and devoted single dad to his two sons, Radley (19) and Griffin (17). Bob enjoys golf, cycling, fitness, landscaping, traveling, and digital photography and film.
